At tauheedbooks.com, we strive to provide high-quality content and services. However, we understand that there may be instances where you require a return or exchange. This Returns and Exchange Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund, return, or exchange.

Physical Products

Dar ut Tauheed offers physical products (books), so the following policy applies:

• Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with a physical product you purchased, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item, provided that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If the product you receive is damaged or defective, you may request an exchange or refund by contacting us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please include details of the defect or damage, along with supporting photos if necessary.

• Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

• Physical Products: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a physical product for the same item, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges will be processed once we receive the original item and confirm its eligibility.
